By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 5777ap platform — including the website, mobile-optimised interface, any application, or any related service — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them without reservation.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and 5777ap. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to the account currency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the deposit is confirmed. Exchange rate fluctuations are for the account holder's own risk.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Create derivative works based on any 5777ap content or design elements.
• Use the 5777ap brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any public-facing material without written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the 5777ap website on any other site or platform.

Players who have voluntarily self-excluded from the platform may not re-register during the self-exclusion period. Any account opened by a self-excluded player will be closed immediately upon detection, and any associated funds may be withheld pending review.

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, 5777ap and its officers, directors, employees, agents, technology partners, and game-supply licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 5777ap platform — including but not limited to loss of funds wagered, loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.

5777ap does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to maintain platform uptime and to communicate scheduled maintenance windows in advance, but we accept no liability for losses arising from unplanned downtime, connectivity issues, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government-imposed internet restrictions, or telecommunications infrastructure failures within Bangladesh.

In the event that a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a software error, the correct outcome as recorded in the 5777ap server logs shall be the definitive result. 5777ap reserves the right to void and revert any transaction that was processed on the basis of an erroneous display or software fault. Winnings derived from a clear and demonstrable software error will not be honoured.

Nothing in this section limits 5777ap's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

5777ap reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via the email address on their account or via a notice displayed upon next login.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates. Continued use of the 5777ap platform following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. If you disagree with a change, your remedy is to cease using the platform and request account closure.
